From Beaumont

1. Head North on State Highway 96 toward Silsbee,

2. Continue through Lumberton,

3. Pass over the Village Creek Bridge,

4. TURN RIGHT at the first turnoff (Andover Road),

5. Cross the railroad tracks and TURN RIGHT at the stop sign (Old Beaumont Road),

6. Continue parallel with the railroad tracks to the dead end at Village Creek Sand Pit,

7. TURN LEFT onto the blacktop road ( Village Creek Road),

8. Continue to follow the blacktop and take the RIGHT FORK at the “Y”,

9. Cross the metal bridge and continue straight onto our property past the "Private Property" sign.
